We’ll take a brief look at the history and benefits of creating mandalas, immerse in a soothing guided meditation and explore the symbolism behind them. We'll also explore how they can serve as a reflection of our inner selves. Whether you're looking to cultivate mindfulness, explore your inner landscape, unleash your creativity, or simply unwind, our mindful mandala workshop offers a nurturing space for you to explore and create. There are many benefits of creating mandala art including cultivation of mindfulness, improving concentration and focus, calming the breath and the mind and relaxing the body. About the teacher: Nina first discovered the world of mandalas while travelling in the Himalayas over 30 years ago, however, it wasn’t until 8 years ago that she began drawing them. She found this ancient art form to be a profound tool for mindfulness, personal expression and a journey to peace and harmony. Nina has since completed a Mandala Art Diploma and various mindfulness courses, enriching her understanding and practice of this intricate and meditative art. Nina loves sharing her passion for the transformative power of mandala creation. Her workshops are designed to help participants discover their creativity, learn about the history of mandalas and, most importantly, find tranquility and balance through the meditative practice of creating mandalas.
